Please ensure that all consent and medical forms are completed at least three working days prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may require a consultation beforehand. For your safety and optimal care, it is essential that you provide full and accurate information, as withholding details may adversely affect your health and the outcome of your treatment.

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Island Aesthetics website (www.Island-aesthetics.co.uk), booking our services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms comply with the latest UK consumer and data protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, GDPR, and relevant e-commerce regulations.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to appointments. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in the loss of your booking deposit or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and full charges may still apply.

3. Promotional Terms and Conditions

Offers are subject to availability.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Island Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw or alter promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Service Guarantee

At Island Aesthetics, we strive to deliver services with reasonable care and skill. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours via email at chrissicason@outlook.com so that we can discuss a resolution.

5. Complaints

Vexatious Complaints

We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and efficiently. However, vexatious, abusive, or unsubstantiated complaints will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or further communication in such cases.

Consultation Requirement

Should you wish to make a formal complaint regarding a treatment or service, you must arrange a face-to-face consultation at a mutually convenient time to allow us to assess your concerns properly. This is to ensure a clear and fair understanding of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds for treatments will only be issued if it is determined that the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences where the treatment was performed correctly.

Any agreed refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

6. Island Aesthetics Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment.
