2. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Cancellations

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and full charges may still apply.

Refunds
Refunds for treatments will only be issued if it is determined that the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences where the treatment was performed correctly.
Any agreed refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.
6. Island Aesthetics Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment.
